Project Yes’ board is committed to being an alignment with its bylaws and IRS legal responsibility to act as fiduciary regularly receiving budget reports, reconciling income versus expenses, verifying the validity of expenditures and making sure that business is carried out to the highest of ethical expectations. As part of this commitment, again in according with bylaws and IRS requirements, Project YES’ board is committed to regular review of leadership and careful examination of operations to ensure both quality and ethical conduct for the benefit of all stakeholders both present and future.
