Project YES (Youth Envisioning Social change) creates leadership opportunities through the arts and service learning.
Project YES youth, staff, instructors, and volunteers design and implement classes, workshops, and community initiatives to meet the following goals:
- to empower youth to be agents of positive social change through the arts and service learning;
- to increase opportunities for youth to be recognized as leaders;
- to promote youth voice;
- to build capacity in schools, organizations, and individuals to support youth leadership;and
- to increase inclusiveness at all levels of the organization.
