SeLebration 2010, a great success!
Project YES would like to thank all of the volunteers that committed themselves to service for SeLebration 2010! On Saturday, April 24th we had the honor to host nearly 200 volunteers who completed approximately 500 hours of service at 10 different sites throughout Boulder County. Over 25 projects were completed throughout the community including gardening and clean-up at Pioneer Elementary School, bagging food bank items at Sister Carmen Community Center, and many other great projects. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to your community!

Nearly 500 individuals from the Lafayette community and beyond gathered on Monday, January 18th to celebrate the vision of peace, service, and empowerment of Martin Luther King Jr. The march proceeded up Public Rd. in Lafayette culminating at Pioneer Elementary where marchers enjoyed a program featuring presentations from individuals and groups including the Lafayette Youth Advisory Committee, the Project YES Youth Advisory Board, Public Achievement and Enrique Moctezuma, who sang the Beatles’ hit song “Let it be”.
Thanks to all the amazing folks that made this year's event possible:

See you next year!
Youth Center Closed!
Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, Project YES had to close the Youth Center in August of 2010.
