Global Youth Service Day and Project YES SeLebration 2011
Recognizing the importance of service and community engagement of young people, Project YES will Participate in Global Youth Service Day by hosting our 9th annual SeLebration event on Saturday, April 16th 2011! SeLebration is a day of service, learning, and fun where volunteers from all over Boulder County will participate in gardening, spring clean-up, public art, and a variety of other service projects throughout Lafayette and surrounding areas. After service projects are completed, volunteers are invited to an afternoon program that includes Lafayette Youth Recognition Awards and voices of local youth. (A light breakfast and lunch is available for all volunteers!)
